A reverend looks after young adults

For a common meeting place for young people

Young people in Groflohe have to stay outside. Even in winter, when it is cold, because there is no common meeting place for the church community. That's why the pastor rolled up her sleeves and took the initiative to restore the completely run-down church basement as a recreational meeting place. We often work in socially difficult areas. Children and young people sometimes lack not only the necessary care, but also simply a warm meal. And because body and soul belong together, we thought we would rather spend the amount we would otherwise have budgeted for gifts to our business friends on a sensible kitchen facility with a built-in cooker and sink.

We always act in the interest of our business friends when we spend the money where it is really needed. This year in the church cellar of the Grofllohe parish.
