Nina Svensson has been part of our extended management team since August 1, 2025. At the beginning of 2024, Nina returned to us after working at gmp in Shanghai, BIWERMAU and blrm in Hamburg, and most recently as an associate partner at kbnk Architekten. Nina already worked in our office from 2017 to 2018 and therefore has a deep understanding of our culture and way of working.
We are delighted to have Nina back on board, completing our management team. With her experience and commitment, she is a great asset to the team and a strong partner for our clients.
Nina has particular expertise in school construction and well-founded knowledge in areas such as fire protection, facade design, and detailed planning. Together with Sarah Schäper and Patrick Buhr, she forms the extended management team under managing directors Maximilian Bülk and Holger Jedrkowiak.
Thanks to her international experience, including positions in Canada and Sweden, as well as her voluntary work for urban development at the Patriotische Gesellschaft, Nina brings new perspectives and valuable impulses to our projects and to the discourse on building culture.
