Sport helps. Children who exercise are also fit in the head. Sport promotes cohesion, educates fairness and overcomes language barriers. That is why it is especially important at a school like the one at Rotenhäuser Damm in Wilhelmsburg with children from more than twenty nations and just as many different languages of origin. As convinced recreational footballers, we supported the football team of more than twenty kids from the 3rd and 4th classes that was founded there this year.
Equipped with the necessary funds for jerseys, balls and football goals, the blue and yellow tigers will hopefully play a successful season. We like to get involved in the right place at the right time with a sense of proportion and make sure there is a good atmosphere on the pitch.
Every year, we take the money that we would otherwise have spent on Christmas presents and put it to good use.
