Impulse talk and get-together

Schools are much more than places of learning. They are living environments where people come together, experience community and develop. At the same time, few other places reflect our society − with all its different perspectives, experiences and needs − so clearly.

But how can we create educational buildings in which as many users as possible feel seen, safe and welcome? Which perspectives need to be included in the planning process? And why are diverse teams essential for designing spaces that genuinely take different realities of life into account?

Our architects Sarah and Nina will explore these questions in their impulse talk »How Needs Shape Spaces«. They will show how schools can be understood as a reflection of social diversity and why careful listening, different perspectives and a shared understanding of users form the basis for future-proof educational spaces.

Following the talk, we warmly invite you to join us for a get-together at our office.
