Shortly before the end of the year, we took a day out of our daily work routine with the entire team to exchange ideas as part of our academy.
In the run-up to the event, the seven academy teams had met regularly to discuss the topics of construction, interior design, façade, inclusion, roof, fire protection and digitalisation and developed plans, ideas and outlooks together. These were shared on Academy Day, followed by a lively interdisciplinary dialogue.
We are already looking forward to the next Academy Day in 2024!
