On Sunday, 28 June 2026, we will open our office to young urban explorers aged 6 to 12 and warmly invite them to join us for the »Day of Architecture and Engineering«. Under the motto »Growth spaces for everyone: Discover, Experience, Design«, we will set off together through the Schanzenviertel and ask: Which places make us feel comfortable? Where can we meet, play and grow together?
Around our office and Schanzenpark, we will discover special buildings, explore parks and visit exciting meeting places. Afterwards, the kids will develop their own ideas for places of community and growth in our office — indoors or outdoors, for themselves and for everyone. Using cardboard and scissors, wood and glue, they will create small models.
We will start at 12 noon in our new office at Schulterblatt 26–36, Montblanc-Haus, 6th floor. The event will last around three hours. Participation is only possible with prior registration via tda-hamburg.de. Please remember to wear weather-appropriate clothing and feel free to bring a sturdy shoe box or cardboard box, as well as leftover materials made of wood, cardboard, sponge or fabric.
