You can move into an office. But you cannot simply move into a way of working together. Our team day was an invitation to think about both as one. We talked about values, explored different personality types and reflected on what fosters good collaboration and what can stand in its way. Not all of us work in the same way. Not every perspective leads to the same answer. And that is precisely where many strengths lie. What remains is less a set of instructions than a shared mindset. Openness. Trust. Curiosity. And the willingness not to smooth out our differences, but to understand them as a strength. Perhaps that is the most important foundation of our work. Because before good architecture can take shape, good collaboration must come first.
