Progress. Practiced.

Equality as a lived practice

International Women's Day celebrates the achievements of the women's rights movement, draws attention to existing inequalities and reminds us that progress does not happen by itself. Important. Very important. Too important for attention and sensitivity to end on 8 March. If we take equality seriously, it must be lived out consistently in everyday life. In attitude and language, in opportunities and responsibility, in cooperation and leadership. For us, this aspiration is already embedded in our name. Above all, however, it shapes our self-image. We see people with their perspectives, abilities and ambitions. Performance, development and participation should not be a question of gender, but are for us an expression of trust and responsibility. Not only on 8 March. But every day.
